I'm on a massive weight loss kick at the moment and am targetting what I eat through the day at work. I'm mainly buying meal deals from various places for my lunches at the moment but feel that I could a) save a lot of money and b) save myself from piling on more pounds by making my own lunches. Problem is that i'm just not feeling inspired. I need whatever I make to be incredibly low in saturated fat and tasty so I actually want to eat it.

Do you guys have any favourite things to make for lunch? Or any websites particularly good for providing low fat recipes that are quick and easy to throw together? I'll obviously be preparing my lunch the night before work, so don't really want to be faffing around in the kitchen too long if I can help it....
